These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.kssan.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. They apply in addition to your mandatory rights as a consumer under EU law — nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

1. Who We Are

2. Products and Orders

• Product images and descriptions are provided for information; minor variations in colour or size may occur due to display settings and manufacturing tolerances;
• An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email;
• If a product turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will inform you promptly and refund any payment made in full;
• We reserve the right to refuse orders in cases of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or where shipping to your address is legally or practically impossible.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise at checkout;
• Shipping costs, if any, are shown separately before you complete your order;
• We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g. credit/debit card, PayPal and other local methods depending on your country);
• The total amount payable is the amount displayed at checkout — there are no hidden charges.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery times and shipping options are described in our Shipping Policy. Statutory consumer rights regarding delivery remain unaffected.

5. Legal Guarantee (2 Years)

All goods come with a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. Details of how to claim repair, replacement or refund are set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Withdrawal Right (14 Days)

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Full conditions and instructions are set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Product Use and Safety

• Our products are children's toys, educational play items, DIY craft kits and home decoration items. They are intended for ordinary domestic use and must be used only as described on the product page;
• Toys and play items carry an age recommendation on the product page. Where an age recommendation or a warning is shown, it must be respected. Items marked as unsuitable for children under 3 years contain small parts and present a choking hazard;
• Where stated, toys must be used under adult supervision. Inspect them regularly for wear or damage, check for loose parts, splinters, sharp edges or broken fittings, and stop using any item that becomes loose, cracked or broken;
• Small parts, magnets, marbles and loose accessories must be kept away from children under 3 years and from pets. Store unused parts in the original packaging or a closed container when the product is not in use;
• DIY craft kits may contain scissors, glue, paints, pigments, beads or other craft accessories. Use them only for their intended purpose, under adult supervision where stated, and in a well-ventilated area. Follow the quantities, drying times and instructions supplied with the kit. Do not allow the materials to come into contact with the eyes, mouth or broken skin, and store the kit out of the reach of young children when it is not in use;
• Paints, glues and modelling materials are not food. Do not eat, drink or smoke while using them, and wash hands after use. Keep them away from heat and open flames, and discontinue use if irritation occurs;
• Home decoration items (such as hanging ornaments, wind chimes, light strings, illuminated decorations and carved or framed decorative objects) are decorative items, not toys. They are not intended for play and are not designed or tested as toys; they must be kept out of the reach of children and pets. Handle items containing small parts, glass, ceramic, wire or electrical components with care;
• Decorative items fitted with a light source, battery or power supply must be used only with the voltage and battery type stated on the product page. Do not use a damaged cable, bulb or fitting, do not cover the light source, and disconnect the item from the power supply when it is not in use;
• Our products comply with the applicable EU requirements for the product categories we sell, including, where applicable, the EU Toy Safety Directive (2009/48/EC). For material composition, age recommendation, care instructions and any safety warnings, always check the product page and the packaging before use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Xinxingyuan E-commerce Limited or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Liability

We are liable for our obligations under applicable law, including liability for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. Where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law, nothing in these Terms limits it.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
